I Want to Change My Email Password, How Do I Go About Doing That?

Follow these steps to log into your hosting control panel

  1. Login to your Client Area

  2. Select Products / Services

  3. Select View for the hosting account where you wish to edit the email account password

  4. Click Manage / Login To Plesk This will log you into your plesk hosting control panel

  5. Once you are logged in, click on Mail on the left-hand side

  6. Then click the hyperlink of the email you would like to change 'example.com.au'

  7. Fill out the Password and Confirm Password field ensuring the password is strong

  8. Click OK when done
