This article will walk you through the process of downloading the log file for your website from the Plesk hosting panel.

Log in to the client area

1.) Click on Products / Services

2.) Click View next to the account you wish to manage.

3.) Click Login To Plesk.

4.) From the Dashboard tab, click on "Logs".

5.) Click on "Manage Log Files".

6.) Look for the entry that says "Apache error". To the very right there will be a green arrow to download the log file.
