DKIM records are a specially formatted TXT record you can add to your DNS Zone.  Currently we support 512 Character TXT records which is sufficient for a 2048-bit DKIM.  There is no practical limit to the number of DKIM / TXT records you can add to a zone.  Underscores are supported as well.
