Support Services include phone and email technical support. The hours of operations are 8:30am to 5:30pm CST from Monday through Friday. If you need assistance during hours outside of our support hours, please email or call us to schedule times with our support team. If you do not have an annual subscription with us, we will respond to you within 2 days.
DDNS provides Support & Maintenance for all of its products. Support consists of questions for how-to's, configuration and installation issues. Maintenance provides enhancements or upgrades to the latest version of our products.
Third Party products (such as ClamAV, Amavis, and SpamAssassin) are supported by their respective organizations. If you have an annual support and maintenance subscription, DDNS will assist you with basic configuration and installation of these products. We support any integration issues between the products and our server.
