Discount Domain Name Services Pty Ltd (DDNS) Was established in 1998 to provide domain name management, hosting solutions, online marketing and web development solutions. Our Senior Staff
Rod Keys, CEO
Rod drives the strategy of the business and has been involved since its launch in 1998. As a major shareholder, Rod likes to listen to client concerns and ideas for improvement as a business to satisfy customer needs. Rod has a long history in business, establishing his first firm in 1981. Since that time, Rod has been involved in several successful start up businesses in the retail, wholesale, IT and internet markets.
Liz Keys, General Manager
Liz looks after the day-to-day running of the DDNS business and group functionality. Liz works day and night, ensuring our clients are happy with the services we provide. As a major shareholder, Liz listens to client feedback and provides change when required. Liz studied accounting and marketing at Monash University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
Adi Pircalabu, Senior Systems Administrator
Adi runs our group network and is responsible for the stability of the network for our entire business group. With strong experience in networking, hosting services, virtualization technologies, redundancy, fail over, load balancing, monitoring, back up and disaster recovery, Adi is well placed to assist our clients with a reliable and secure online experience.
Chris Michalski, Senior Technical Support Manager
Chris has over 10 years experience with DDNS, diagnosing, deploying, configuring and troubleshooting DNS, email and website hosting environment problems. He spends time with clients to understand their requirements before suggesting a solution for a new or migrating service. Chris is highly regarded by our client base because of his unique diagnosing and troubleshooting skill set. Chris holds a degree in Science and Technology.
Daniel Sarcevic, Accountant
Daniel oversees the running of the everyday accounts and handles client account enquiries. With a Bachelor in Business Management, majoring in Accounting, Daniel is responsible for the smooth running of accounts to our larger established clients. As a well regarded member of our finance team, Daniel continues to work towards ongoing business growth in the future. You might even catch Daniel on the phone from time to time helping in our support team when things are busy.
Christina Porter, Development Programming
Christina has been working in the web industry for over 5 years, and joined the DDNS development team in 2011. As a web developer, Christina works on the DDNS suite of websites and web applications, and additionally works on creating and updating an online presence for our domain clients. Christina endeavours to understand exactly what clients want from their website, and finds the best way to provide it. Christina holds a degree from Swinburne University in Information Systems and also has Microsoft certification in web development, and a Google Analytics certification in web analytics & optimisation.
Aaron Keys, Domain Manager
Aaron looks after the management of our domain name registration system, making sure our clients are aware and informed about domain expiry dates and consolidation of their accounts, along with transfer requests. Contact Aaron if you have a domain name enquiry and he will make sure your request is acted upon in a timely manner.
Mark Gojszyk, Copywriter
Mark helps our clients improve their website content by providing effective communication that works. Mark is currently completing his Bachelor of Communication at RMIT University.
Our History
November 2011
Launch of new DDNS website with much improved client management system and reporting systems. Support phone staff are still on hand to help our clients should they wish to use our existing Melbourne based phone support services.
July 2010
Operation refresh commences with the complete refurbishment of our server network and management software. The refresh program is expected to continue until the end of 2011. Our clients will see improved management systems and network operations.
October 2008
Due to expansion we launched a dedicated website for our Web Development team called Total Internet. A part of our expanding network of global websites.
July 2008
Following on from the change in policy by auDA, we launched our secondary domain name aftermarket website Domain Market Place.
